Toronto Neighbourhood Stats for July

Here is my latest Market Watch. Psychology definitely took it’s toll with 5,921 sales through MLS in the GTA in July – down by 40.4% compared to July 2016. Sales for July in the GTA were still up on a year-over-year basis by 5% to $746,218 while new listings were up by 5.1%. On average, detached homes in the city of Toronto sold for $1,304,288  up 8.5% from last year, they took 22 days to sell and sold for 97% of list price.
